The Hyatt Regency Hotel is integrated within the airport terminal, rising six stories above the ticketing level at the terminal's east end. More than 440 guest rooms surround a stunning seven-story atrium. The atrium floor leads to two of the airport's people-mover stations. Within the hotel are a ballroom, swimming spa, fitness club, two restaurants, meeting/conference rooms and a 150-seat amphitheater with three revolving stages.
ZHA assumed construction administration duties on behalf of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority after the start of the project, and reestablished project completion goals.
